Campari Australia Win a Victory Motorcycle (Hammer) Terms and Conditions

By entering the Win a Victory Motorcycle (Hammer) you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
  2. Entry is open to all residents of New South Wales and Queensland 18 years of age or older.
  3. Employees and their immediate families of Campari Australia, MNET Group Limited, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
  4. The competition commences on Monday 15 August 2011 at 0001 AEST and concludes on Sunday 11 September 2011 at 2359 AEST.
  5. Entrants must spend $20 or more on any Wild Turkey product to gain a unique code.  Entrants must then register the unique code LBNSW, their full name and the last four digits of the barcode by sending an SMS to 1970 2299.
  6. Entrants (including winners) in the competition may enter as many times as they like, but each entry must be from an eligible purchase and the receipt for each purchase must be held by the entrant as proof of purchase. 
  7. If the winner has lodged multiple entries during the competition period (clause 4.), the Promoter may request to see a receipt as proof of purchase for each individual entry. Failure to produce all purchase receipts and proof of identity upon request, may cause the entry to be invalid and therefore ineligible to win a prize.
  8. All entries must be charged to a mobile account and entries via the internet, computer generation or “scripting” are invalid and will not be accepted. 
  9. Entries must be received by Sunday 11 September 2011 at 2359 AEST.  The time of entry will in each case by the time the SMS message is received by the MNET Group Limited database.
  10. Each SMS entry will be charged at premium rate, namely $0.55 (including GST), which covers the entry and the reply message. 
  11. There will be One (1) major winner. The major winner will receive a Victory motorcycle (Hammer) RRP $35,000 (including all on road costs)
  12. Total prize value is $35,000.00.  Prize value is correct as at the date of printing.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
  13. The major prize will be delivered to the nearest Victory Motorcycle Dealer to the winner’s place of residence.  The winners are responsible for all other expenses including riders licence, insurance and any protective apparel legally required to ride a motorcycle.
  14. Prizes cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.  Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.

  16. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition period set out in clause 4 will be entered into the draw.  Prize winners will be drawn randomly from the NSW Little Bottler pool of entries and will become winners if their entries meet the valid conditions as stated in clause 5. Entries that do not contain the required information or meet the requirements of clause 5 may be deemed invalid and a further draw will be conducted.
  17. The draw will take place at MNET Group Limited, Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Tuesday 13 September 2011 at 1000 AEST
  18. Winners will be notified by a phone call within 2 days of the draw, and a letter will be express posted.  Winners’ names will also be published in the Public Notices of The Australian newspaper on Monday 19 September 2011.
  19. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
  20. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements.  
  21. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
  22. Subject to state government legislation, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at MNET Group Limited, Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Tuesday 13 December 2011 at 1000 AEDT and winners will be published in the Public Notices of The Australian newspaper on Monday 19 December 2011.
  23. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
  24. Campari Australia supports the responsible drinking of alcoholic beverages. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at www.nhmrc.gov.au. Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the licensee’s liquor serving policy.
  25. Campari Australia, MNET Group Limited and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
  26. Campari Australia, MNET Group Limited and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
    • during the draw;
    • whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw;
    • in the participation in any prize;
    • as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
    • in relation to failure of an SMS entry message to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; or
    • Entries via internet or computer generation will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted by the Promoter.
  27. Campari Australia assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
  28. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to state government legislation.
  29. The Promoter is Campari Australia, ABN 72 137 554 726 & Level 10, Tower B, 207 Pacific Hwy, St Leonards NSW 2065.
  30. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.  MNET Group Limited collects entrants’ personal information on behalf of Campari Australia (ABN 72 137 554 726) and its related entities for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners), and, if you consent, for the purpose of Campari Australia sending you promotional and direct marketing material in accordance with their privacy policy located at www. wildturkeybourbon.com.au.   The entrant may request access to his or her personal information by writing to Privacy Officer, MNET Group Limited, Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 or e-mailing privacy@mnetgroup.com.
