THE WHISKEY SOUR 101 45ml Wild Turkey Bourbon 30ml fresh squeezed grapefruit juice 30ml fresh squeezed lime juice 15ml honey 1 fresh cherry 30ml Wild Turkey American Honey Dollop of egg white Slice cherry from top to bottom five times around pit, and soak in a cup of Wild Turkey American Honey. Combine Wild Turkey Bourbon, grapefruit juice, lime juice and honey in a cocktail shaker. Froth egg white and add a dollop to the mixture. Shake and serve over ice. Garnish with Wild Turkey American Honey-soaked cherry.


WILD TURKEY AND DRY 30ml Wild Turkey Bourbon Fresh Limes Ginger beer Directions: Simply pour Wild Turkey over ice in a large tumbler glass. Squeeze 4-6 lime wedges over ice, and top up with Ginger Beer or Dry Ginger. (Can be done with Lemonade, Cranberry, Guava)


Lo-Fi THC 30ml Wild Turkey 30ml American Honey 30ml Campari Dashes whiskey bitters Sugar cubes dissolved Stir and pour over ice Orange rind twist as a garnish Directions: Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker glass. Stir 3 times clockwise and 1 anti clockwise. Place ice in tumbler glass and pour ingredients through a strainer over the ice. Place twisted orange twist in the glass as the garnish.


HONEY STORM 60ml American Honey 20ml Fresh lime juice 6 mint leaves smashed Shake with ice Strained over ice in a Tumbler Glass Top up with ginger beer 1 Sprig of Mint to garnish Directions: Simply put all ingredients into cocktail shaker, shake vigorously. Fill glass with ice, then pour ingredients through a strainer over the ice. Top up with ginger beer (or Dry ginger). Add a sprig of Fresh mint for Garnish.


MR. MANHATTEN 60ml SKYY Infusions Cherry 15ml Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon 22ml Cola Combine SKYY Infusions Cherry Vodka, Wild Turkey Bourbon and Cola in a cocktail shaker with ice and stir. Pour into a double rocks glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.


FRANGELICO HONEY NUT SHOT Mix equal parts Frangelico® and Wild Turkey American Honey®. Mix ingredients in a shaker with Ice. Strain into a shot glass


LAWRENCEBURG SWIZZLE 45ml Wild Turkey 81 Bourbon 8-10 mint leaves 15ml maple syrup 15ml fresh lemon 3-4 dashes Bitter Truth Creole Bitters Crushed ice In a collins glass, gently pummel mint with maple syrup and lemon. Add whiskey and fill glass half way with crushed ice. With a swizzle stick or bar spoon twirl back and forth with palms of your hands until the glass frosts over. Drizzle with Creole Bitters and top with mounded crushed ice. Garnish with mint.


PASS THE TURKEY 45ml Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon 60ml apple cider 1 tbs cranberry jelly 1 sprig fresh sage 1 sprig fresh thyme Muddle sage and thyme with apple cider. Add ice, top with Wild Turkey and cranberry jelly. Shake well, strain over ice in a glass rimmed with turkey jus and breadcrumbs.


CHASING TAIL 2 parts Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon 1 part cherry flavoured cola 1/2 part amaretto Combine in on the rocks and garnish with a cherry.


THE 56 JULEP 75ml Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon 3 sprigs of mint (six to eight mature-sized leaves) 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar 1/2 cup crushed ice In a traditional silver julep cup or double-old fashioned glass, muddle two sprigs of mint with the brown sugar and one ounce of Wild Turkey 101 for a few minutes, crushing the mint leaves with a spoon. Add the crushed ice, the remaining bourbon, and garnish with sprig of mint. Enjoy!


CLASSIC MINT JULEP This drink is an old fashion favourite with bourbon 90ml Wild Turkey Bourbon 6 Fresh mint leaves 1 tsp. superfine sugar Crushed ice Muddle mint leaves with superfine sugar and a little water in a mint julep cup. Fill the cup with ice. Pour bourbon and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.


WILD TURKEY BOURBON MANHATTEN 2 parts Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon 1 1/2 parts sweet vermouth 1 dash bitters Stir well with cracked ice and strain into a Manhattan or chilled martini glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.


SPARKLING TEA makes one pitcher 4 cups water 8 red herbal tea bags (such as lemon zinger or hibiscus) 2 cups Wild Turkey American Honey Splash of club soda Juice of one lemon Cherries for garnish In a large saucepan, boil 2 cups water. Remove from heat. Add tea bags. Steep 10 minutes; discard tea bags. Add 2 cups cold water to tea. Stir in Wild Turkey American Honey. Transfer to pitcher and chill. Just before serving, add lemon juice and a splash of club soda for a touch of refreshing fizz. Serve over ice.


AMERICAN HONEY FORBIDDEN FRUITS 60ml American Honey 20ml Fresh passionfruit juice 20ml Fresh apple juice 10ml Fresh lime juice 10ml Elderflower cordial Shaken with ice Strain Chilled Martini glass Shaved lime rind on top Optional: Apple elderflower foam Simply place all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice, and shake vigorously. Fill martini glass with ice to chill down. Throw out ice before straining into glass. If you can make Elderflower foam, then squirt on top and garnish with fresh lime rind on top.


AMERICAN HONEY AND LEMONADE 30ml American Honey Fresh Limes Lemonade Simply pour American Honey over ice in a large tumbler glass. Squeeze 4-6 lime wedges over ice, and top up with Lemonade. (Can be done with Dry Ginger, Ginger Beer, Cranberry, Guava)
